FAQ
Does this actually replace a bath?
Not permanently. It's designed for between baths — extending a groom, freshening a coat, cleaning up after a walk. A dog that's genuinely filthy still needs water.
Which side of the mitt do I use where?
Fluffy side for the body and general coat work. Gray side for the face, paws and other delicate areas where you want more control and less friction.
Can I use it on my cat?
Yes — PRIDE+GROOM formulates this for both. Cats being cats, results may vary on cooperation rather than product.
Is it cheaper than buying the pieces separately?
Not meaningfully — at our current prices the kit works out about the same as buying the mitt and shampoo individually. Buy the kit for the convenience and the packaging, not for a discount.
Will it help with shedding?
The mitt lifts loose fur as you work it through the coat, so you'll pull some out. For heavy shedders, a dedicated deshedding shampoo does more of that job.
